Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

My RTO Work आपकी निम्नलिखित जानकारी collect करता है:

• Personal Information: नाम, पता, फोन नंबर, ईमेल
• Document Information: DL, RC, Aadhaar और अन्य identity documents
• Vehicle Information: गाड़ी का नंबर, model, registration details
• Payment Information: Transaction details (हम आपके card/bank details save नहीं करते)
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, device information, location (जहाँ ज़रूरी हो)

2. Information का उपयोग

आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग निम्नलिखित purposes के लिए किया जाता है:

• Vehicle documentation services provide करने के लिए
• Customer और निजी Agent के बीच connection establish करने के लिए
• Service request notifications भेजने के लिए
• Application status update करने के लिए
• Customer support provide करने के लिए
• Platform security maintain करने के लिए
• Analytics और service improvement के लिए

3. Request Flow & Information Sharing

Request Process:

• जब कोई User Apply Now करता है, उसकी request संबंधित area के निजी Agents को जाती है।
• जो Agent सबसे पहले request accept करेगा, उसी को User की पूरी details (नाम, मोबाइल, documents) दिखाई देंगी।
• बाकी Agents को केवल missed lead दिखेगी, user details नहीं।
• Request accept करने वाले Agent की details भी User को दिखाई देंगी।
• इसके बाद User और Agent एक-दूसरे से WhatsApp, SMS, Call या Chat के माध्यम से contact कर सकते हैं और जरुरी documents share कर सकते हैं।

हम जानकारी share करते हैं केवल:

• Verified निजी Agents के साथ (service completion के लिए)
• Payment Processors के साथ (transactions process करने के लिए)
• Service Providers के साथ (technical support के लिए)
• Legal requirements के अनुसार (जब कानूनी रूप से आवश्यक हो)

हम कभी भी:

• Third-party को commercial purpose के लिए data sell नहीं करते
• Unauthorized access allow नहीं करते
• Marketing companies को data share नहीं करते

4. Payments & Deductions

• यदि User request cancel करता है तो service charges User के account से deduct हो सकते हैं।
• यदि Agent request accept करता है और काम करता है, तो platform charges Agent के account से deduct होंगे।
• Refunds और adjustments हमारी Refund Policy के अनुसार होंगे।

5. Data Security

आपकी जानकारी की सुरक्षा के लिए हम निम्नलिखित measures अपनाते हैं:

• SSL Encryption: encrypted data transmission
• Secure Servers: data storage
• Access Control: limited authorized access
• Regular Security Audits
• Secure Data Backup Systems

6. Cookies और Tracking

• Website performance improve करने के लिए cookies use होते हैं
• User preferences याद रखने के लिए
• Analytics और usage patterns collect करने के लिए
• आप browser settings से cookies disable कर सकते हैं

7. Data Retention

• Personal data service completion के बाद अधिकतम 2 साल तक रखा जाता है
• Legal compliance के लिए कुछ data longer period तक रखा जा सकता है
• Account deletion पर personal data हटा दिया जाएगा
• Transaction records tax और audit purposes के लिए रखे जाते हैं

आपको निम्नलिखित rights हैं:

• Access Right: अपनी stored information देख सकते हैं
• Correction Right: गलत information correct करवा सकते हैं
• Deletion Right: अपना data delete करवा सकते हैं
• Portability Right: अपना data download कर सकते हैं
• Objection Right: Data processing पर objection कर सकते हैं

9. Third-Party Services

• Payment gateways की अपनी privacy policies होती हैं
• SMS/Email service providers के अपने terms होते हैं
• हम third-party की policies के लिए responsible नहीं हैं
• सभी third-party integrations secure और verified हैं

10. Children's Privacy

• 18 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों से knowingly data collect नहीं करते
• यदि accidentally collect हो जाए तो तुरंत delete कर दिया जाएगा
• Parents/Guardians को अपने बच्चों की online activities monitor करनी चाहिए

11. International Data Transfer

• आपका data primarily India में store किया जाता है
• कुछ technical services के लिए data international servers पर जा सकता है
• सभी transfers adequate protection के साथ होते हैं
• Data localization laws का पूरा पालन किया जाता है

12. Policy Updates

• यह Privacy Policy समय-समय पर update हो सकती है
• Major changes के लिए email/SMS notification भेजेंगे
• Updated policy website पर publish होने के बाद effective होगी
• Regular basis पर policy review करने की सलाह दी जाती है

14. Grievance Redressal

• Privacy से related किसी भी complaint के लिए पहले हमारे support से संपर्क करें
• 48 hours में response मिलेगा
• यदि संतुष्ट नहीं हैं तो escalation process follow कर सकते हैं
• Legal remedies भी available हैं
