🔄 Deletion Options / डिलीशन विकल्प
Vaahan Sathi offers two types of data deletion options:
Vaahan Sathi दो प्रकार के डेटा डिलीशन विकल्प प्रदान करता है:
🗑️ Delete Full Account
Complete Account Removal
पूर्ण अकाउंट हटाना
- Profile completely deleted
- All documents removed
- Service history erased
- Payment data cleared
- Account permanently closed
⚠️ This action is irreversible
📋 Delete Selected Data Only
Selective Data Removal
चुनिंदा डेटा हटाना
- Choose specific documents to delete
- Clear service history only
- Remove uploaded images
- Delete transaction records
- Keep account active
✅ Account remains functional
📱 Steps for Full Account Deletion / पूर्ण अकाउंट डिलीशन के स्टेप्स
- Open the Vaahan Sathi App on your device.
अपने डिवाइस पर Vaahan Sathi App खोलें।
- Go to Profile from the bottom menu.
नीचे दिए गए मेनू से Profile सेक्शन में जाएँ।
- Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
नीचे स्क्रॉल करें और Delete Account पर क्लिक करें।
- Confirm your action by following the on-screen instructions.
स्क्रीन पर दिए गए निर्देशों को फॉलो करके अपना निर्णय कन्फर्म करें।
- Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
एक बार कन्फर्म करने के बाद, आपका अकाउंट और उससे जुड़ा डेटा स्थायी रूप से डिलीट हो जाएगा।
🎯 Steps for Selective Data Deletion / चुनिंदा डेटा डिलीशन के स्टेप्स
- Open the Vaahan Sathi App and go to Profile.
Vaahan Sathi App खोलें और Profile में जाएं।
- Tap on "Manage My Data" or "Data Settings".
"Manage My Data" या "Data Settings" पर क्लिक करें।
- Select the type of data you want to delete:
जो डेटा आप डिलीट करना चाहते हैं उसे चुनें:
- Documents (DL, RC, Aadhaar copies)
- Service History
- Uploaded Images
- Transaction Records
- Confirm deletion for selected items.
चुने गए आइटम्स के लिए डिलीशन कन्फर्म करें।
- Your account will remain active with selected data removed.
आपका अकाउंट चुने गए डेटा को हटाकर सक्रिय रहेगा।
Data that will be deleted / डिलीट होने वाला डेटा
- Profile information / प्रोफाइल जानकारी
- Name, phone number, email address
- नाम, फोन नंबर, ईमेल एड्रेस
- Documents uploaded for services / सेवाओं के लिए अपलोड किए गए डॉक्यूमेंट
- Driving License, RC, Aadhaar copies
- ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, RC, आधार की कॉपी
- Service history / सर्विस हिस्ट्री
- All previous service requests and transactions
- सभी पिछली सेवा अनुरोध और लेनदेन
- Payment information / पेमेंट जानकारी
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- वॉलेट बैलेंस और ट्रांजैक्शन हिस्ट्री
⚠️ Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण बातें
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
अकाउंट डिलीशन स्थायी है और इसे वापस नहीं किया जा सकता।
- Some basic anonymized data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.
कुछ न्यूनतम डेटा कानूनी या नियामक कारणों के लिए सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है।
- Any pending services will be cancelled.
कोई भी पेंडिंग सेवाएं रद्द हो जाएंगी।
- Wallet balance will be forfeited unless withdrawn before deletion.
वॉलेट बैलेंस डिलीशन से पहले निकालना होगा, अन्यथा यह जब्त हो जाएगा।

- Temporary Deactivation: Contact support to temporarily deactivate your account
